Method
- Lightly grease a small square dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the cannabutter slowly.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and salt. The mixture should be glossy and gooey.
- Remove from heat immediately. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until every piece is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Use the spatula (lightly greased) to gently press it flat.
- Let cool for 20–30 minutes.
- Slice into 4 squares.
Do not overheat — keeping the temperature low helps preserve THC potency and prevents burning.
Work quickly here because the marshmallow mixture sets fast.
Do not compress too hard or the treats can become dense instead of soft and chewy.
