- In a medium mixing bowl, add the almond butter and carefully measured cannabis-infused coconut oil. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Mix in the chocolate casein protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir until the batter begins to thicken and resembles a rich brownie mixture.
- Slowly add the unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring between additions, until the texture becomes smooth, thick, and similar to classic brownie batter.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips for added texture and extra chocolate flavor. (optional)
- Transfer the brownie batter to serving bowls or an airtight container and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until thickened and chilled.
- Divide evenly into 4 servings to ensure consistent potency and calories per portion.
For extra fudginess: Use slightly more almond butter.For lower calories: Reduce almond butter to ¾ cup.

Notes
